What is your printing process?

We use a 11-colour Giclée printing process, a fine art, high-quality process used by museums and artists to get the brightest colours and high fidelity details on thick, quality paper. This printing process ensures that we deliver a much higher quality product than the common 4-colour CMYK process you can find everywhere. We print locally in Melbourne at Hound & Bone Studio. We are happy to support passionate local businesses.


What is the currency on the website?

All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars as we are based in Melbourne, Victoria.


Are you open to collaboration and events?

Collaborations, commission work or events are more than welcome, send us a line and we can figure out the nitty gritties.


I would like a variation of an existing product or I have a special request.

Let us know! I can’t alter every artwork to fit everybody's taste but collaboration is also a great source of inspiration and discovery. I’m drawing to make people happy so let’s discuss and see what we can do together. I’m also taking commissioned work. Further fees may apply depending on the complexity of your request.


Refund & return policy

We don’t accept returns unless under very special circumstances. Any marks, alterations, creases or stains during delivery or an unfortunate accident by the customer are not conditions considered as refundable. We package our art prints carefully with bespoke packaging and backing boards so they stay flat and protected during shipping. Items must be in the same condition as they were when shipped to the customer. We don’t accept returns of used or damaged items from customers. We don’t refund damaged prints and by ordering artwork from overseas, you understand that they might suffer some damage on their journey – and that is not our responsibility. If you have ordered more items by mistake (ie. Ordered 2 instead of one of the same print) let us know and we may refund you for the extra piece.


Shipping options and time

We work with Sendle, a 100% carbon neutral delivery company. Every delivery has a tracking number and we deliver from Melbourne to anywhere in the world. Sendle partners with DHL for international delivery. We package our art prints carefully with some reinforced backing board so they stay flat and protected during the shipping. We send our product as fast as possible so they reach you as soon as possible. We only offer standard shipping for now. Due to COVID, international shipping might take a few weeks but you will be able to follow your package during its little journey around the world with your tracking number. We are as impatient as you to see our art prints in your hands and on your walls so we hope you won’t have to wait too long.


What if my print is damaged?

We package our art prints carefully with bespoke packaging and reinforced backing boards so they stay flat and protected during shipping. We love them as much as you do and they all leave our hands in perfect condition. Damaging due to shipping is unfortunately beyond our control and we can’t refund or re-send artwork if that happens but be reassured that we haven’t heard about any damage from our customers.


Is your payment process secure?

We use Stripe to process payments, a highly secure and well-renowned payment processor used by many online shops.


Where are you based now?

We are based in Melbourne on the faraway and beautiful land of Australia. Come say hi one day, we have the best coffee, smashed avos for breakfast and awesome yoga studios. The best cheese is still in France though.
